What a blast to have Shirley Hughes, President/CEO of Visit Fargo-Moorhead, swing by to make us think and chuckle on a beautiful sunny day at The Lights in West Fargo. Our first OUTDOOR podcast couldn’t have gone better—and we may have just discovered a future co-host (or at least a repeat guest). Safe to say, it was three proud nerds in their element.

We were lucky enough to have Matt Wilson & His Orchestra visit Fargo, ND, in the middle of a blizzard. Formerly of Trip Shakespeare, The Flops, and the Twilight Hours, Matt was gracious enough to share some background stories and musings. We also had a great time with his Orchestra mates - Phala, Quillan, and Jacques. Great People, Great Conversation, Full Frontal Fun!

We worked to have an agenda that tried to steer clear of politics, both locally and internationally. We were about 85% successful. Latest movie opinions, some marketing speak...and snarky opinions that are solely our own. Have yours, we'll have ours, it's fine.

We were able to rope in Rick Gion for this episode. It's 90% about food in the FM Area, which is frickin' awesome to discuss. Rick also reviews his personal journey and his current Prairie Public Broadcasting mission. Thanks for taking part Rick!

We convinced Rob to come down to record at the last second due to a slight schedule change. Our Podcast producer Sam joins the fray. It's nice to feature the kids once in a while. Rob shares stories about the Fargodome, we share our frustration about losing the vote for the recent remodel - just a lot of complaining, really. Enjoy.

Alt and Fish get together for their first remote session to reflect on 2025 nerd issues. They also discuss the habits our culture seems to have adopted as normal – which bug the crap out of them. Plus, Alt is trying to swear less, so that’s something.

What just happened? Did we have our first "event" in downtown Fargo in the Aquarium? Which, for you noobs is above the frickin awesome bar Dempsey's Public House. Jeff Cerise, hometown boy formerly of groovy bands such as The Phones, Stickman and Flint (A Hot Spark of Rock) was gracious enough to come on our podcast, invite people to gather, be interviewed and played his FIRST ACCOUSTIC SHOW!!
